Visit any cross stitch pattern on our website. If you're logged in, you'll see a Download Now button instead of an Add to Cart button.

Step 4
Click Download Now to instantly download your chart.

Important

If you ever return to the website and the Download Now button is gone or the charts are showing regular prices, don't worry! This simply means you are no longer logged into your account. Log back in and your lifetime membership benefits will automatically return.
